According to the police report, the fight broke out when the Grammy-winning singer-keyboardist ordered his girlfriend to leave his Palm Beach-area home late Thursday night. Silvia Barthes, 33, said she was in the process of packing her things when Yanni threw all her clothes out of the closet.
