It's the first Friday of the month, so what do you think of? Thai food and The Sawtelles for dinner, of course. Kind of last minute 'cause everyone is going in many directions this time of year, but we grab Keith 'N Sharie and head over to Typhoon Restaurant in Middletown around six-thirty. Great way to end the work week- good food, music and conversation. It's a relaxed atmosphere. The Sawtelles - Julie, understatedly cool on drums/backing vocals; Pete typically abrasive on guitar/vocals (just kidding; inside joke) - entertain us as we enjoy the Typhoon Magic Sticks, Golden Shrimp, Basil Fish, Pad Thai, etc. with our byob wine and beer. Put it on your calendar for 2012.
