Can't trust that day...

G & Y @ Strange Boys
Congrats to A-Rod for his 3 homers in one game on Saturday night.  He joins a VERY select group, if you catch my drift.  Welcome, bro.......Latest guests at Live From Daryl's House are Train’s Pat Monahan and guitarist Jimmy Stafford.  Seven-song set features Hey, Soul Sister,” “Say It Isn’t So,” and a cover of “Papa Was a Rolling Stone,”as legendary rock photographer Mick Rock shoots.....JFK, G-Man & Yvette caught the Strange Boys at a free outdoor concert on the East River in Willamsburg, Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon.....Boston.com has this tidbit (based on the word on an unnamed source, so read with a pound of salt): Curious why Aerosmith and J. Geils didn't do a tune together at Fenway? It might have to do with a last-minute feud between the bands' famously demanding frontmen Steven Tyler and Peter Wolf. We're told Tyler didn't want Wolf to use the ramp that extended into the audience and told him so the night before the show. According to our source, the singers had a "heated argument'' in the outfield as a few dozen workers put the finishing touches on the stage Friday. Needless to say, the emotions were not so sweet. more
