I'm planning to go down there on Tuesday night to catch Holly Golightly and the Brokeoffs (see below) .....FLASH! Just in, email from Marsha about a performance this Friday at La Paloma Sabanera Coffee House (whoa!) in Hartford- December 4, Friday, 7:30pm String Theorie returns for an encore performance. They are an instrumental folk/jazz/worldbeat/neoclassical/indie band from Central Connecticut that brings together fingerstyle acoustic guitar, modern bass technique, and a wide variety of world percussion to forge a sound that can't really be described in words. $5 suggested donation.
